4th of July Fun

We had such a great day yesterday celebrated our wonderful country's birthday! The day started with a ward breakfast bright and early. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, and oj. Yum! We had a visit from Thomas Jefferson through a time machine, a bike parade, then lots of water activities to cool down. Paisley was completely worn out by the time we left. =)

We also had a visit from Tera & family! We haven't seen them in YEARS so it was great to spend a couple hours catching up. They are with Dave's family now, but will be coming back tomorrow-Saturday to play with us! We can't wait! While they were here, we did a few fireworks for them. The kids all really liked the show.

Later, once it was dark(er), we did the rest of our fireworks. Paisley only got to stay up for a handful of smaller ones, which is a good thing cause some of the big ones were pretty scary! Amber and Jade even ran away screaming from one of them! Too funny!
